Otherwise high-performing employees may experience declines in job performance and engagement when they begin working remotely, especially in the absence of trust and effective communication.

No one is perfect but to be aware of how your actions and words can affect those who work with you is key to ensuring that the tone you set is one that is conducive for a productive and positive work environment."
