Keep Your People Well
Now, more than ever, organisations need to prioritise the well-being and health of their employees. Global pandemics, economic crises and high levels of stress have become so rampant in our society that they have become the norm. However, we can make a healthy corporate culture a norm too, in every organisation we work for. A culture where the wellness of employees is not taken for granted and success is guaranteed.
Health is A state of the body. Wellness is a state of being.

Why Keep Your People Well ?
A recent WHO-led study published:
Mental health issues like Depression and anxiety disorders cost the global economy US$ 1 trillion each year in lost productivity.
A negative working environment may lead to physical and mental health problems, harmful use of substances or alcohol, absenteeism and lost productivity.
For every US$ 1 put into scaled up treatment for common mental disorders, there is a return of US$ 4 in improved health and productivity
A recent Cigna 360 Well-Being Survey done in 2019 shows a staggering 92% of working Singaporeans report feeling stressed as opposed to the global average of 84%.
According to the Cigna 360 Well-Being Survey 2019, it reported only 33% of the respondents say they have a formal workplace wellness program and only half of those participate. This highlights the need to reassess how beneficial and/or accessible these programs are to employees. Additionally, 44% feel that these programs are not focused enough on mental well-being.
